Order Cancellations
Shipping orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before the order has been shipped.
Once a shipping order has been processed and dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
For local delivery orders, payment is collected upon arrival. Customers may cancel a delivery order at any time prior to dispatch. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellations are strongly discouraged, just out of respect for our time, energy and resources.

Returns Policy
For shipping orders, Good Gas does not accept returns under any circumstances.
Please do not send products back to us. Any returned packages will be refused and returned to the sender.
All local delivery sales are final. However, replacements may be offered if a product is confirmed to be defective or compromised.
This includes:

moldy or contaminated flower

excessively seeded flower

faulty or non-functioning vape devices
-
incorrect items received
Customers must contact us within 6 hours of delivery and provide photo or video evidence for review.
We will take care of you and offer replacements if we find it is genuine.
Products that have been fully consumed or intentionally damaged are not eligible for replacement.
Quality Assurance
Good Gas documents and verifies all orders prior to shipment or delivery to ensure accuracy and product condition.
Replacement requests will only be considered when sufficient evidence is provided demonstrating an error or verified product issue.
