Shipping Overview

Good Gas ships orders throughout the United States to locations where THCA products are legally permitted.

All orders are packaged discreetly and securely to ensure safe and confidential delivery to our customers.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after purchase, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

During product launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may extend by up to an additional 7 business days.

Legal Compliance

All products are shipped in full compliance with applicable hemp laws. Each shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) verifying that all products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, in accordance with federal and applicable state regulations.

Shipping is only available to regions where THCA products are legally allowed.

Standard Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email to monitor delivery progress.

Guaranteed Delivery (Optional)

For U.S. customers, Good Gas offers an optional Guaranteed Delivery service for an additional fee. This service includes:

Tracked shipment
Signature confirmation upon delivery
One replacement shipment for eligible delivery failures*

If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@goodgasofficial.com with your order number to initiate a claim review.

*If Good Gas determines delivery failure occurred due to a carrier or non-customer issue, a replacement package will be issued.

We aim to ship to all locations where THCA products are legal; however, Good Gas reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain states or regions at our discretion.
